• Usage data — basic analytics like workflow counts and recording history.

We use third-party services to power parts of the app. These include AI transcription providers and integration platforms (like Notion). Your data is shared with these services only as needed to deliver the functionality you've requested.

Voice recordings are processed and may be deleted after successful delivery. Account data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Your rights
