By using SendMyVoice ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

What the Service does

SendMyVoice lets you record voice notes and automatically send structured data to third-party services like Notion. We use AI to transcribe and process your recordings.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information when signing up.
• You're responsible for all activity under your account.
• Don't share your account or use it for anything illegal.

Your content

You own your voice recordings and any data you create through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the features you've requested (transcription, extraction, delivery to integrations).

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Service.
• Upload content that violates the rights of others.
• Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse the free tier.

Third-party integrations

The Service connects to third-party platforms like Notion. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. We're not responsible for how those services handle your data once it's been delivered.

Availability & changes

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
