Agreement

By using SendMyVoice ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

What the Service does

SendMyVoice lets you record voice notes and automatically send structured data to third-party services like Notion, Google Docs, and Google Sheets. We use AI to transcribe and process your recordings.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information when signing up.
• You're responsible for all activity under your account.
• Don't share your account or use it for anything illegal.

Your content

You own your voice recordings and any data you create through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the features you've requested (transcription, extraction, delivery to integrations, and generating a shareable link).

You are responsible for what you upload. You are solely responsible for every recording, file, and piece of content you upload or share through the Service — this applies to both the signed-in app and the free voice-message tool. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content, and that it does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights, and does not violate any law.

We may remove content. We don't pre-screen or monitor uploads, but we may review, refuse, remove, or disable access to any content, and suspend or terminate any account or share link, at our discretion and without notice — for example if content appears to be illegal, infringing, abusive, or otherwise in breach of these terms, or in response to a complaint. We are not obligated to store your content and may delete it at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to upload, share, or transmit content that:

• is illegal, or promotes or facilitates illegal activity;
• infringes copyright or other intellectual-property rights (including pirated music, audiobooks, or other copyrighted recordings you don't have the right to share);
• is sexually explicit or pornographic, or involves the exploitation or endangerment of minors;
• is defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, or invades someone's privacy;
• contains malware, or is used to spam, phish, or deceive.

You also agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Service.
• Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse the free tier.

Reporting abuse & takedown

If you believe content shared through the Service is illegal, infringes your rights, or otherwise breaches these terms, please report it to [email protected]. For copyright complaints, include enough detail to identify the work and the specific share link, your contact information, and a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized. We review reports and remove or disable access to content that violates these terms or the law.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher). If you are under that age, please don't use the Service.

Third-party integrations

The Service connects to third-party platforms like Notion, Google Docs, and Google Sheets. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. We're not responsible for how those services handle your data once it's been delivered. For Google integrations, we only request access to files you explicitly select through the file picker.

Availability & changes

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of content you upload or share, or your misuse of the Service or violation of these terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence remain unaffected. To the extent permitted by law, the courts of Germany have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms.
