Manage your profile, view your plan and usage, upgrade to Pro, and configure your account.

To open settings, click your avatar in the top-right corner of the dashboard and select Settings, or go directly to /dashboard/settings.
Profile
Display name
Your name is shown to email recipients when you send voice notes (e.g., "Sarah wants to send you voice note summaries"). You can update it anytime:
- Click the name field
- Type your new name
- Click Save
Email address
Your email address is shown as read-only with a "Verified" badge. Email changes are not currently supported through the settings page.

SendMyVoice offers two plans:

The Free plan resets monthly. Your recording count resets at the start of each calendar month.

The Pro plan is currently available at an early adopter price of $6/month (regular price $12/month). The early adopter price locks in for as long as your subscription is active.
Understanding the limits
- Recordings — each voice note you send counts as one recording, regardless of duration. Failed recordings also count.
- Workflows — each workflow you create counts. Deleting a workflow frees up the slot.
- Integrations — each connected Notion workspace or email recipient counts as one integration. Your own email also counts. Removing an integration frees up the slot.
Usage indicators
The settings page shows three usage cards:
- Recordings: current usage / monthly limit
- Workflows: active workflows / maximum
- Integrations: connected services / maximum
On the dashboard, a usage banner appears when you're approaching your recording limit (80%+) or have reached it.
Upgrading to Pro
You can upgrade from several places:
- Settings page — click "Upgrade to Pro" in the Plan & Billing section
- Dashboard — click the "Upgrade" button in the header (Free users)
- Record page — shown when you hit the recording limit
- Workflow creation — shown when you hit the workflow or integration limit
The upgrade modal shows a comparison of what you get:
- Unlimited recordings
- Unlimited workflows
- Unlimited integrations
- Priority support
Connected accounts
The Connected Accounts section shows how you're signed in:
- Google: Shows as "Connected" if you signed in with Google
- Other integrations (Notion, email) are managed through your workflows, not here
Account actions
Sign out
Click "Sign out of all devices" in the Danger Zone section to end all active sessions. You'll need to sign in again.
Delete account
Account deletion is handled through support. Click the "Contact support" link in the Danger Zone section to send an email requesting deletion.
FAQ
How do I change my email address?
Email changes are not currently supported through the app. Contact support for assistance.
What happens when I downgrade from Pro to Free?
Your existing workflows and integrations remain, but:
- You can't create new ones beyond the Free limits
- Your recording count resets to the Free monthly limit
- Existing data in Notion and email is not affected
Do failed recordings count toward my limit?
Yes, each recording attempt counts regardless of whether processing succeeds or fails. You can use the "Try again" button to reprocess a failed recording without using another recording slot.
When does my recording count reset?
At the start of each calendar month (UTC).
Can I cancel Pro anytime?
Yes. Your Pro benefits continue until the end of the billing period.
