Go to sendmyvoice.com using Safari. This won't work in Chrome or other browsers on iOS.

Scroll down in the share menu and tap 'Add to Home Screen'.
Tap "Add"
Tap 'Add' in the top-right corner. The SendMyVoice icon will appear on your home screen.

Open in Chrome
Go to sendmyvoice.com using Google Chrome.
Tap the menu
Tap the three-dot menu icon in the top-right corner of Chrome.
Tap "Install app"
Select 'Install app' or 'Add to Home Screen' from the menu.
