What is a voice form?
A form people answer by speaking instead of typing. SendMyVoice records each answer and writes out a transcript of it.
Can you record audio in Google Forms?
Google Forms has no question type that records audio. The usual workaround is a file upload question, which needs a Google sign-in and a recording made in another app.
Do people need an account to answer?
No. The link opens in any browser on a phone or laptop, with no account and no app.
How long can each answer be?
Up to 1 minute on the free plan and 5 minutes on Pro.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free has 1 voice form with up to 3 questions and 10 answers a month. Pro is $6 a month for 50 voice forms, 8 questions each, and 200 answers a month.
Can I put a voice form on my website?
Yes, on Pro. The form works as a widget on the websites you list. Every plan also gets one public link per form for a newsletter, a post or a QR code.
Can answers go to Notion or Google Sheets?
Yes, on Pro. Each set of answers can go to Notion, Google Sheets, Google Docs or an email. Answers from a public link can wait for your review first.
Which languages work?
SendMyVoice transcribes answers in 100+ languages, in the language they were spoken.
How is this different from Voiceform?
Voiceform is a survey platform for researchers, with AI follow-up questions and custom pricing. SendMyVoice is for asking a few people a few questions, at $6 a month.
